Happy with repair, happy with Art, Happy with Joe in parts. Waiting room is okay. My only "concern" this is 6th time this repair has been done by same tech. over 3 owners there. He always does it right (issue is recurrent with Ford truck sunroofs). His attitude with me has gone from pleasant and helpful to almost angry that I keep coming back. No one wishes I didn't have to have this done annually more than me, but the last words he spoke with me (last year's repair) seemed like I was just supposed to live with it More

The truck buying process was great with Tyler. But, now I’m getting no response about about the registration for my truck. First time I called and left messages with finance and never received a c But, now I’m getting no response about about the registration for my truck. First time I called and left messages with finance and never received a call back. I ended up calling new truck sales and finally got someone to talk to. Funny how that works. Got the run around saying the wrong paperwork was sent to the dmv. I ended up meeting up with someone to get a vin check because I bought it from another state. She said wouldn’t be much longer until I received my registration. I texted her back 1 week later asking when I should expect the registration in the mail and she said she did not get enough funds from the dealer for the transaction. I called the dealer again and someone assured me they would call back the same day with an explanation and I got nothing. If communication was better I would not be writing this review but this is ridiculous at this point. Truck buying process with Tyler was amazing but after the fact.. terrible. More

twice now, I have purchased a vehicle from McFarland Ford in Rochester NH, and twice now, I have been very pleased with the experience. Nice people, no smoke and mirrors, no trying to upsell...just all-arou in Rochester NH, and twice now, I have been very pleased with the experience. Nice people, no smoke and mirrors, no trying to upsell...just all-around good folks to deal with. Matt Knezevic is a great salesman and is good humored, easy to relate to and talk to and has a great sense of humor. Puts his pants on same as we all do. Mason Moore in Finance was very thorough in explaining all the paperwork and the umpteen places that needed signatures. Again, straightforward, no tricky-talk or evasiveness. If ever there was a guy that made you feel good about signing the next 3, 4, 5 or 6 years of your financial life away, Mason is the man! :-) Frank Montmarquet in Service has been great to deal with as well. Lays it out straight and makes sure you understand what service will be performed and how much it will be, in a manner that is not intimidating or in a way that makes you think the wool is being pulled over your eyes (like some places do). Shopping for cars used to be my favorite blood sport, but now I am sorta glad it is not like the 1980's & 90's anymore. McFarland does it right. So long corner man and referee. More
