I continue to be satisfied with the service at this dealership. They are straightforward with any issues especially proactively. My Explorer is over 120K miles and is in great shape. Benjamin helped me get my new Ford Maverick, and I was lucky to see the last one available on the lot! He took the time to show me all of the great new features and entertained me and my neighbor while th lucky to see the last one available on the lot! He took the time to show me all of the great new features and entertained me and my neighbor while they got me a $500 rebate for being an army Vet. He even laminated my new insurance ID cards for me when I came back a few days later to get the truck 'Simonized' and add an extra warranty for the tires and wheels with Jonathan. Great experience! I had my Edge in for a brake booster replacement. The service was completed quickly and when they called to tell me it was ready, they told me abou I had my Edge in for a brake booster replacement. The service was completed quickly and when they called to tell me it was ready, they told me about the pickup/delivery service available. My Edge was delivered to me at work! This is the first time I've been to McFarland Ford of Rochester, but it won't be the last. I'd definitely bring my Edge back. More

I had my Escape in the garage for check engine light which kept coming on. A loaner was provided for my use while it was being fixed. After three times in the garage it is now fixed. Jason and the ser which kept coming on. A loaner was provided for my use while it was being fixed. After three times in the garage it is now fixed.
