This is my go-to dealership now. Things went a little sideways but they made up for it in spades. They're willing to do things for the customer that other dealerships are not. Service work they performed was poorly done. They put new tires on my truck did not properly balance them so now my truck is shaky and wobbly. I also was using my spare tire before I got my new tires and when they changed them out, they just threw my spare in the bed of the truck, which it rode in the back of my truck for over a week before I had time to re-put it back I bought my truck there and they can’t even put my spare tire bag underneath my bed absolutely pathetic service. That is definitely not how you treat a customer that has bought their last three trucks brand new from that establishment. More

If I could give negative stars I would. This involves an insurance claim so I can understand some of the issues involved, but this is beyond understanding. That statement is So far from accurate. I’ve had numerous calls ignored. They once told the adjuster my car wasn’t there..that caused more issues since it was there. I called after all was approved and was told another week and a half. Three more calls to them before someone could tell me status. Well, That didn’t happen, so another week is what I am being told now. As of when my car will be ready it will be a total of 2 months! And I had to rent a car all on my expense. I will never use them again. I will tell anyone willing to listen to me the same thing. Horrible, horrible, awful!!! More
