Bought a used car from them last week under my mom and wife name. It was an easy process trying to deal with houston tx. Got everything done online, sales finance everything. The salesperson BLAKE was ver wife name. It was an easy process trying to deal with houston tx. Got everything done online, sales finance everything. The salesperson BLAKE was very responsive, 5 stars for that. But the reason behind my 1 star is this. As I mentioned I live down in houston, so i ask my sales person to look around the car, specifically told him to check for any scratches or dent or anything or any windshield chip or rock chip. He sended me video of the car in detailed and ofcourse its hard to see on the video but still i found out on video that, when he sended it the rock chip was already there and it is a size of a dime. So how can someone not see it? I flew in to pick up the car, took the delivery, and i was still out there in the parking lot, and i noticed it right away. And I called the sales person and mentioned him about the issue, but he didn't even had courtesy to come out and check, infact he just told me that, "I didn't knew about it and i just got to know this morning but it has already been patch." I had to drive back 10 hours, so i was like, what the heck it, and i hung up the call and left. Now due to his mistake of not seeing and xxxxing checking properly its just gonna cost me 900$ to fix it. Make sure you are right there before you buy the cars from them. Don't buy it if you are not staying in lubbock Tx. More
