They appeard to incorrectly get what repairs I came in for. I specifically requested repairs on the console on the interior roof when I set up the appointment and was given a price over $300. Again on ar for. I specifically requested repairs on the console on the interior roof when I set up the appointment and was given a price over $300. Again on arrival I showed them was was needing repaired.. Someone put something about the visor. Next thing I know they were repairing a recall which meant I was there most of the day. There was one other customer that complained to me that there was a communication problem with repair personnel. I appreciate them replacing the recall but it would have been nice if someone had informed me what they were going to do. When I called I was informed my extended warranty would cover the console but later found out it would not. Don't know what's going on with Nissan but it's was a little frustrating. Hope things get better. More
