My husband took our 11-year-old car in because it would not start. The battery connector on one side was literally falling apart. He had been trying to get it connected for several hours and when he finally took it in it was about 4:30 p.m. Your service department was wonderful and willingly fixed it right away! They also checked out the battery itself and found that it was still o.k. Your honesty and efficient service was appreciated. More
