James Lyon helped us with the purchase of a Rogue for our granddaughter who lives in Dallas and is attending college at San Diego State and we live in the RGV. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this service center. I was charged $1,500 for a repair that wasn’t even completed. They only replaced some wires and failed to check the alternator, which service center. I was charged $1,500 for a repair that wasn’t even completed. They only replaced some wires and failed to check the alternator, which was the main issue. When I picked up my car, it died within 30 minutes of driving. I took it back, and first, they tried to blame the battery, which I knew wasn’t the problem. Then, they finally admitted it was the alternator—the exact issue I had brought it in for! I ended up going to a different service center and paid another $1,400 to actually get it fixed. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Worst experience ever. More
