Took vehicle in for check engine light on, I was told start 15 times. I had my husband take it back 2 days later, the service guy looked at Vin and told my husband it had recall. Full factory warranty on car. It should have been fixed first time. This is twice I've been told would been charge for a problem on car with full factory warranty. More

Dishonest from day one. Calls not returned by 3 Dishonest from day one. Calls not returned by 3 employees. Was told it was ready to be picked up but when I got there neither the paperwork nor th Dishonest from day one. Calls not returned by 3 employees. Was told it was ready to be picked up but when I got there neither the paperwork nor the vehicle were ready and still dirty. Have to take it back next week to get done all the things that should already have been done. Checkout process was suppose to be in & out...was 3 hours. They offer no free perks and didn’t get the extra $300 I was promised. I would recommend using a different dealership if you want to be taken well care of. This one consistently overtalked and under performed. Update: vehicle been in shop more days than I have had it and when I went to pick it up...STiLL not ready (3 flat tires) and putting it back in shop next week. Tired of the run around from this dealership. :( More
