Dealership as a whole is pretty good. Salesman I had was AWFUL. I have had ZERO response to any emails or phone calls that I have left for management. The ONLY person that has any type of customer service was Luis Martinez when I took my vehicle in for an oil change on Thursday July 25, 2024. So if you want to keep me as a customer and have me promote McGavock Nissan in Lubbock Texas, I suggest someone call and listen to what I have to say. They have my information. I will say this is the second vehicle I have bought from a McGavock dealership and I was sorely disappointed. More
