I purchased 2 Nissan Sentras in February 2024. After a month I went to make payments and realized that they never financed one of the vehicles, it was left on the finance guys desk. So this caused me to accrue late fees from NMAC, which was out of my control. It also took them almost 3 full months to even pay off the vehicles we traded. Fast forward to now my son had a flat tire, well we purchased extended warranties so our son who was in college wouldn't have to hassle with mechanics. He went to a dealership to get a flat tire fixed and was told they could patch the tire so he could get to the dealership in Amarillo to have it fixed and would not honor our warranties. I called the dealership and 2 days later finally received a call back, he was still not able to assist me, so I asked if I can just cancel the extended warranties since I had paid all that extra money for less hassle and it turned out to be more of a hassle. Now again is has been anther 2 days and I have yet to receive the email to be able to cancel the service. I strongly advise shop elsewhere and don't believe the scam of extended warranty. More
