We were entertaining the idea of a lease and when we settled on the truck we wanted Don was honest and told us leasing wasn't the best route for that vehicle. The whole process was smooth and easy. We got the best deal on our trade in and we received rebates that we have never even heard of in all our years buying vehicles. All the sales staff were courteous and kind and you could tell that they were there to help you and health each other and not just get you into something you couldn't afford. Service and body shop horrible Our car was in there shop 3 times for being hit in accidents, everytime it had to go back in the shop because it wasn't done correctly, they never ali Our car was in there shop 3 times for being hit in accidents, everytime it had to go back in the shop because it wasn't done correctly, they never aligned the car after one accident and it ate the front tires off the car, there fix they aligned it and put used tires on it that were not the correct size. They never checked the rims for being bent just repainted them. They buffed the front headlight through the first layer of plastic the insurance company paid to have the light replaced it never was done. The last time it was covered in over spray and the 2 rims were never checked or painted. When contacting them was told the problem was being looked into. My exwife brought the car in for winter tires and an vermont state inspection and the mechanism told her it would fail due to brakes and rotors being rusty. When she came home I was very angry pulled the wheels and showed her the brakes were less than 6 months old and were still like new as for the rotors they looked perfectly fine its vt rotors get rusty. Filed a complaint with the BBB and the service manager lied and was rude. Second time the owner contacted BBB and I excepted her answer talked to her on the phone, we set up a time to bring in the car and insurance papers for the accident. When I called the day of the appointment to confirm it I was told there was no appointment scheduled. Lmao they just wanted a good report back to the BBB. Stay clear of the dealer ship in Springfield Vt. More

The place looks like an old mom and pop operation compared to the slick-looking corporate dealerships. I figured "this can't be good". Walked in the door and was greeted by everyone like an old friend. I had emailed and spoken with Mike, so I asked to see him. The other salesman seemed just as happy to direct me to him as he would have been to talk with me. Waited about 10 minutes for Mike and during that time spoke with a long-time customer who praised the way he had been treated there for years. The whole place just had a very comfortable "old neighbor" feel. Met Mike and that feeling continued. He reiterated what we had spoken about with no attempt to pressure me to spend more. I ordered the car from the factory, wrote the deposit and crossed my fingers. Jeep lets you see your build at each stage and that was cool. A couple weeks after the "shipping" stage, I got a voicemail and email from Mike that it was in and ready for me. It was exactly as ordered and everything was in perfect condition, with 3/4 tank of gas. Mike spent at least an hour with me going over all the high-tech doo-dads. I've had the car now for five days and it's great. My overall experience with Kelley turned out to be enjoyable and stress-free, and well worth the travel time for me. More
