James, I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the experience that you had at our store. It's unfortunate that you assume that there are shady dealings when the reality is that a different customer simply committed fully to the truck before you did. It is our company policy to not hold cars based on a verbal commitment, and I do apologize if that was not fully explained. Our staff is hard-working and honest, and it is too bad that a disagreement in policy results in a slanderous comment.
