Now 2 years later my check engine light came on. Upon inspection the service writer tells me it's my computer module and replaces it. The same day I picked up my vehicle after said repairs it had more symptoms then when I dropped it off. It started almost shorting out.. the radio turned on and off, lights turned on and off etc. I called several times and brought my car in to be looked at. I was consistently told they couldn't find anything wrong with it and to bring it back if my engine light came on. Two months go by, the problems escalated to the point where I am scared to drive the vehicle. Once again I called Patriot and expressed concern and reminded the service writer of all the issues since the last repair. He asked me to drive it in which is over 25 mins away and the way the car was acting I was not going to drive it with my 2 small children. I was told that because they didn't have any runners on the weekend he would send a tow for it. Now here I am 4 days later getting a surprise bill for the tow when I have A AA and could have made my own arrangements had I known. I am incredibly let down by the service departments lack of disclosure and dismissal of all of my concerns leading up to this point. I feel as though I have expressed concern about the same issues since the initial repair several times and have been dismissed. And now conveniently enough my car is out of warranty and they have found the problems. More

Anyone who knows me knows I don't enjoy going to car dealerships in general, however I had such a great experience with Niki that I will definitely be back. She was friendly and knowledgeable. All my questions and concerns were answered. Thanks to her I don't dislike having to deal with car issues anymore I have a place I can take my car and know it's in good hands. We represented over 100 dealerships and the stories are outstanding or horrible. This was an emotional deal because I was trading mine and my mom's car that we had leased. I bought out of the lease after her death. I went to this dealership because of Kyle (and Erica). Not only did they understand what I wanted to do, but they cared about giving me the best options of vehicles, deals and more. Kyle showed me what they had for inventory, both local and sister dealerships. He walked me through their service and after-purchase care. Kyle got me the car I really didn't know was perfect for me! Nothing is fake about Kyle. He is so great at this job. Patriot is very lucky to have people like Kyle, Erica and every other person there that showed they all cared. You can't go wrong at this place! They will make it right and you'll drive away very happy! Ann More
When near Patriot, drive on by! I bought a 2013 used Equinox from Patriot in Spring of 2015 and NOTHING went right. I test drove the vehicle and completed the paperwork while there. I bought a 2013 used Equinox from Patriot in Spring of 2015 and NOTHING went right. I test drove the vehicle and completed the paperwork while there. My original intent was to transfer plates from my old truck which I was going to sell privately. I received a call from Patriot telling me that I needed to go for new plates because the way my truck was registered. When we went to pick up my Equinox I was asked where my truck plates were. I told the salesperson that John Bisbee had told me they were having to get new plates. Ultimately I had to return home (one hour away) and wait for Patriot to sort things out with CT. DMV. This took two days and the vehicle was delivered to my place of work. Although the transaction was started on a Sunday it took until late Friday for this to be resolved and I was without a vehicle for that time with the exception of one night where Patriot arranged a rental car for me. When I received the car it had only one key fob and no floor mats. I called Patriot and spoke to Dan Curboy and he said they sell used vehicles as they receive them, 'as equipped'. I told him, and the sales manager Chris Fasano later that Patriot had an obligation of full disclosure to say that the car only had one key fob and as far as the floor mats go, as far as I was concerned they had been there when I test drove the vehicle. Chris said he would get me the next set of floor mats from a used Equinox that they obtain, but I have not heard anything in about six months although a number of them have gone thru their system. I doubt I ever will. Regarding the key fob, I am particularly upset because Chris said in light of everything he would provide a new one for me at Patriot's cost of over $160.00 as it has a retail of well over $200.00. What I find curious is how I was able to obtain one from a local Chevy dealer in CT for only, $55.97??????? For these issues I question the honesty and integrity of this dealership. Beyond this the car was probably not cleaned or detailed, or if so, very poorly done. When we went to pick it up on the night where we left without it, the vehicle was left unlocked and still had all of the used car stickers on it. When received, the OnStar nor satellite radio was not activated as well. Although only a few miles from CT it is odd that they had to try three finance companies before they found one who service customers from CT. There was no finance issue with me, only a selection problem with Patriot. I had asked Paulette Reed in finance for a letter explaining what happened regarding the registration issues and am still waiting for a response, but am no longer expecting one. I also emailed Patriot's GM, Mr. Phillipo on May 29th citing these issues and have not yet received a response from him. This is why I question the honesty, integrity and competence of the management at Patriot. Sincerely, Pat More

I have purchased the car from the PatrotBuick GMC, group of Tommy car Auto, I have paid for the Toyota stock Number#G1324B and @21500 of listed price I have purchased the car from the PatrotBuick GMC, group of Tommy car Auto, I have paid for the Toyota stock Number#G1324B and @21500 of listed price 21.988.00 along with the trade in pr as #70000 for my old car.. but after I noticed that Toyota Price was listed less price till last week@ 19988.00.. almost I paid $2000 more that listed price. I wondering how the used car price went up even after more mileage. I suspect it kind of misleading customers and price adjusted admin on the fly based on customer. Then I went to patriot Buick GMC ask about price adjust and the sales manager denied and reduced my trade-in value. Even I asked the show me other vehicle with best price they not open to show nothing.. More

He showed me a lot of things about the new trucks that I was unaware of and had all the right answers to all of my questions. The deal was very good which leaves a good taste in my mouth about this truck. You never want to have a bad taste and pay every month for five years reliving a bad experience. This purchase was a pleasant experience and I would recommend Dan and Patriot GMC Buick to anyone that's looking for a car. Paulette was very nice as well although I only dealt with her briefly. More
