The trade in process also went very smoothly and the Mazda comes with two different kinds of floor mats! The team was pleasant , but NOT proficient in their closing process, specifically regarding out of state sales, timely processing of finance documentation requiring this customer to have to identify th closing process, specifically regarding out of state sales, timely processing of finance documentation requiring this customer to have to identify the $400 error and request a refund. Also, requiring new documentation to be processes. Additionally, their knowledge of communicating with insurance companies and getting the vehicle registered was cumbersome, time intensive and frustrating. I’ve bought many cars in my lifetime and never seen this level of errors, and lack of knowledge of their own process. Corporate also does not clearly identify their staff or how to contact them, which I find convenient for them, but not professional or customer focused. Buyer beware. More
