The staff is helpful and patient (I checked out around 7 vehicles, and one of the sales people stayed late), the prices are very reasonable, there aren't hidden fees, or hard pushes for extras. I ended up buying a used CX30, and felt good after the purchase which doesn't usually happen. Note: they delivered the car, and I did a hybrid of in person and online. More
