I was so excited to go car shopping because this was my first time purchasing a vehicl I do NOT recommend this dealership I had a terrible experience. I was so excited to go car shopping because this was my first time purchasing a vehicle however, the fun quickly turned into a big headache. I worked with four employees who were bad communicators. Unfortunately, the saleswomen did not know any detailed information about the SUV I was interested in and only could tell me the basic information that was shown on the listing. Regardless, I purchased the car with the reinsurance that it would have an inspection sticker, a checklist of what on the car was inspected, a brand-new key that I purchased separately, and it would be all set to drive off the lot a few days later. I received text messages from two employees confirming this leading up to my pickup date. When I arrived to get my car, there was no inspection sticker, 3 miles worth of gas in the tank, no floor mats in the front, 3 chips in the driver’s side of the windshield, a 4-inch scratch on one of the back windows, and 1 old chipped key. I wasn’t happy. Apparently, there wasn’t enough time to do these things; this is most upsetting because they picked the date and time after I told them that there was no rush. The car couldn’t get an inspection sticker so I had to go back for a second appointment. That was after I had to go back to the dealership to fix a part under the motor since the check engine light came on within the first week of driving. The dealership didn’t have the part so I waited three hours in the waiting room. The glass was the wrong fit for my windshield so I went back twice for that. The software in the computer wasn’t updated and the owner’s manual wasn’t provided so I had to spend about three hours online trying to figure it out with YouTube tutorials and yahoo answers. This all made it worse because I was using time off from work to try and remedy these unnecessary complications. I am most mad about how unhelpful the entire staff was and how uninformed they are with their product. On a positive note, they gave me a $10 gas voucher, paid for the inspection sticker, fixed the part that caused the check engine light issue, and I did not have to pay for the windshield. I am not mad that there are minor fixes this used car needs but I am furious that McGee did the bare minimum in resolving them. I feel as though they let me down every step of the way because I had to keep calling them, organize the appointments with the techs, and resolve half of the problems on my own. As a first-time buyer, I needed a dealership with strong customer service with a clear explanation of each step but I did not get that here. More

Asked to see the manager, with whom I’m familiar they brought out a garage worker. NEVER AGAIN!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! They lie to your face. Worst people in the world!!!!! USED CAR SALESMEN NOT WORTH A DIME!!! More

False Advertising, UNSCRUPULOUS dealer beware!!! These people will lie to your face about vehicle options. I was told by their salesman that the vehicle had every option available at the time. He assured me it was there and it was not. there was a total of more than $2500.00 in options that were not there. I downloaded their add from the internet and there were absolutely no disclaimers about the accuracy of the add. I told them I would bring the car back and take my trade back and was told that was not possible. More
