When we contacted the sales person to buy out our lease he told us that the paperwork would be ready when we got there. When we sat down we informed him that we did not need any addons. I got my 2018 Rav4 from there and they were wonderful working with me so I could get my first car loan! So happy they gave me a chance with a new car with super low miles! I highly recommend.
