Sure do miss the courtesy wash we used to get after getting a vehicle serviced, which was promised at closing on paper for our 2018 Toyota Lease. It reached a point about halfway thru the lease where getting a vehicle serviced, which was promised at closing on paper for our 2018 Toyota Lease. It reached a point about halfway thru the lease where it did not happen anymore with that vehicle, now the same with the 2021. Ditto for tire rotation, at 5000 mile service, maybe it does not qualify with only 1823 miles on the odometer, until it actually does have 5000 miles. If this is true and the tech thinks it was actually done on the previous visit, it can get skipped again. I used to work as a Technician and realize services have a time allotment, and fast is good, but taking care of the details is better, even if it takes longer. Ray Stoddard More
