Jeff was super knowledgeable and walked me through all of the features I'd never used before. I asked a question about charging that he didn't know and he even looked it up on the spot - no BS answers. Also, as a female person shopping on my own, I never felt patronized, talked down to, or pressured, only respected. I would absolutely shop there again and they'll be the first place I go, when I need to replace the Prius. More

Process of leasing was good. Mcgees had a couple of issues. Was supposed to pick up car on a Sunday at 9am. Arrived and car was not ready. Had to wait an hour. Three days later, when going to pick up a check (as they bought my car), during my lunch break, the check was not ready and they could not print it at the Claremont dealership. I had to go back after work to get it Also the they forgot to put gas in the new car, when I picked it up Sunday, but when I picked up my check, he filled the tank. More
