Not satisfied with the 2017 corolla because I was not given the opportunity to test drive the car before completing the financial paperwork. Though I told sarah that i would like to come back before buyi given the opportunity to test drive the car before completing the financial paperwork. But she insinuated that i should trust her professionalism and judgement therefore could not test drive the car because it was getting late, the bank would be closed and the car was being cleaned. When the car arrived i was not expecting a 2017 Toyota’s trunk to be opened using a key. So i was expecting a keyless car at least and for the price of the car I might as well have gotten a new car by paying a little bit more if i was given the opportunity. I voiced my concern immediately and I was asked to bring the car back. They told me I would have to lose almost $3000 to exchange it for one I wanted that was more expensive. I am not happy and I won’t recommend or patronise your company again. I was not given the opportunity to explore my options before buying the car. More
