Great deal Had been looking for a certified used RAV4 and McGee had the best deal for what I wanted. Overall I am very happy with the purchase. However, there Had been looking for a certified used RAV4 and McGee had the best deal for what I wanted. Overall I am very happy with the purchase. However, there were a few issues and I did not get my vehicle until 2 weeks after purchasing it. It took a week for the car to get cleaned and a second set of keys to be ordered and programmed. When I got the car, the sticker marks on the glove box was still there, despite being told it would be removed. Also found other marks on the car. I told Zach immediately, who provided great customer service. He took the car back and resolved everything. This took another week to fix. Then, I got a call from Donna to schedule a time to get the car undercoated. This was surprising since I was told it was getting under coated when the car was there to be cleaned and waiting for the key. I am disappointed that someone was not able to figure out to get the undercoating done, while the car had been there for 2 weeks. If it wasn’t for the great deal, Zach’s great customer service, and his responsiveness, I would not be giving the 4 stars. As I said, overall I am very pleased with my purchase at McGee and would go back again. More
