They are not very responsive regarding important questions asked. I have asked multiple times about a few recalls that popped up on my Tundras screen, I still haven't received an answer. This Toyota dealer is the best in the North East Region. We even came all the way from NY to NH to get our truck and they didn't fail to deliver. They have the lowest price when we we were looking around for a truck and Baylor also gave us a good deal with the car warranty so we can have peace of mind when it comes to repairs. He walked as through on how to operate our truck and showed us the cool features that came with it. They even have a play room for our little one so he don't get bored waiting which is so far I haven't noticed with other car dealers. All in all happy customer here! More
