We purchased a used 2016 Honda Pilot from this dealership about a month ago. The process was fine enough considering a typical exchange from a car deanship where they mercilesllly want to suck every last about a month ago. There were major interior punctures & scratches on the passenger seat door, repair $600 extra or haha we can take off $200 from the purchase price, they settled for $300 off. Everything else seemed to be in working order we did a test drive, tested all the functions the car seemed to be in good shape and they WERE doing SOME repairs. We bought it. Upon arrival, using their complementary car delivery, there was a HUGE tear in the leather of the driver seat. Hmm. guess that was our fault, I don't know how we would ever miss that! One of the car fobs was broken & the AC wouldn't work! I immediately reached out and the only response was you can bring it into our garage so you can pay us even more to repair the broken AC. I told them we were going to bring it to our local mechanic- estimate to fix the AC $1,500 This car was already overpriced, now if we don't want to cook in the summer with our 2 young children and our new baby we need to pay an extra $,1500 I am truly disappointed with their service & I would never recommend them to family or friends. We feel they were sneaky, manipulative and not honest or upfront about the cars poor attributes & of course once we were tied in they couldn't care less. To quote another's review here " It seems as soon as you pull away with your new vehicle you are forgotten" More

Great experience up until the point of picking up the 21 prius prime. Charging cord was missing for the car which I had asked about prior to picking up the car and was told yes there was a charging cord. Si prius prime. Since taking the car back to NY Mcgee has been nothing less than horrible whether it be the sales person, several sales managers, & the finance team. The car is now sitting because the in transit plate has run out and Mcgee has yet to get us the title for the car or cut the check for tax, title, and registration in NY after almost a month of waiting. The lack of customer service is astounding. Phone calls do not get returned when people promise to get back to you by the end of the day. So we have a new to us toyota prius prime that we can't drive and there is absolutely no sense of urgency on McGee's side. It seems as soon as you pull away with your new vehicle you are forgotten. F- on all fronts, buyer beware. More
