I bought a brand new Highlander here last week and we are from Massachusetts. They had us fill out a Mass RMV form to get the SUV registered and he said they will get it sent off to the RMV and now it has be from Massachusetts. They had us fill out a Mass RMV form to get the SUV registered and he said they will get it sent off to the RMV and now it has been 6 days and I called them because I hadn't heard and they said they had just sent the form I had filled out the week prior to my home address so I could bring it to the RMV to get it registered! Now they are trying to say they never register cars in Mass and that I misunderstood. They won't take responsibility and won't do anything to make it right. The car dealer Baylor had no idea what he was doing. Why wouldn't they have given me the paperwork to get it registered the day I bought it? Now I can't drive my new SUV until the paperwork arrives and I have time to go to the registry. I will have to take another day off work. Terrible service!!! More
