He explained the costs, benefits, and value of each of the "add-ons" to the price. He set up the necessary re-visits to get the environmental package (undercoating, fabric and surface sealing) and a second key...go figure no spare key available at the time of sale? This was a lightly used truck--2020 model. I would highly recommend Jesse, with his help there was no need to go in to finance and deal with another person. More
Called for app't after receiving recall notice via our local garage. Told if parts were not in by then we would receive a call the day before. No call. Showed up, but no parts. Waited 90 minutes to see i local garage. Told if parts were not in by then we would receive a call the day before. No call. Showed up, but no parts. Waited 90 minutes to see if car needed recall parts. It did. Told it would be a few days and we would get a call.. After a few weeks of hearing nothing we called. Returned for another 2 hours. Understand delays are everywhere, but communication with us was not what we are used to as long time customers with Howe and now McGee. More

I went to McGee to get my Tacoma hydraulic clutch repaired. It took over 1 1/2 hours and over $130 to get a diagnosis and I never spoke with the mechanic who did the work. I was told by a very well d repaired. It took over 1 1/2 hours and over $130 to get a diagnosis and I never spoke with the mechanic who did the work. I was told by a very well dressed, very polite but uninformed young man that he didn't know if they could get the parts. While there, I looked at a new Tacoma and met salesman Baylor who impressed me. I gave him my info and asked that 'HE' contact me if any appropriate trucks became available. Since then I've received 2 phone calls from a woman who told my wife that she would send me an email that I haven't received. I've found the new service department frustrating, very expensive and I miss the in person visits with Johnny Aremburg. More
