There was NO nonsense nor excuses--Josh listened to what we wanted and came through on every issue. It is evident that he is enthusiastic about selling cars and providing excellent customer service. We were able to complete our transaction with no frustration and as we left the dealership I said to my husband: 'I didn't feel like we wasted a single minute in there!'
