Every time I get an oil change it takes over an hour. They told me it was because they didn’t have my oil filter in stock. You guys sold me the service package you should provide better service. When I schedule an oil change you should make sure to get the filter beforehand so I don’t have to sit there so long or tell me that I should drop it off and come back. I value my time and don’t appreciate it being wasted over and over for the same simple problem. Also when the salesman sold me the package he told me my vehicle would be washed and vacuumed when I did the oil changes and that hasn’t happened once. More
