I brought the recently bought Camry in for an application of ProtectAll. The service department people were very helpful and friendly. There was already a loaner car waiting for me when I got there. My husband inadvertently left the home security remote control in the loaner car. I contacted the service department and spoke with Mark. He located the loaner car which had already gone back out with another customer. He spoke with that customer confirming the home security remote was there. We were able to pick it up the next day! I have now purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. The sales guys are awesome ( Nick), no pressure approach. The Finance guys Matt and Gene are very detailed and helpful!
