Sale was ok, typical "everyone wants this vehicle" sales technique, meanwhile the sales person didn't even know about the model as much as I did. Service is the worst, basic 5000 mile service and switching technique, meanwhile the sales person didn't even know about the model as much as I did. Service is the worst, basic 5000 mile service and switching of the emblem took 3 hours and I had to ask for update. Never going back. I'll go to Rochester which is much better. More

I purchased my 2026 4Runner sr5 in June here after shopping other dealers. This is the second car I’ve purchased here. Their service department is excellent. When I make an appointment they always t shopping other dealers. This is the second car I’ve purchased here. Their service department is excellent. When I make an appointment they always take me on time and I’m out of there in the time frame they stated. I have another Toyota dealer closer to me but I’ll stick with McGee.
