After calling several times, they finally told me the salesperson had the day off. I asked to speek with another person in sales, or a sales manager, they put me through to a salesperson and he told me the deal had been canceled. I asked why, he had no Idea. I asked to speak with the store manager, however I ended up with the finance manager. I than called back several times a day for several days, wanting to talk with Jeff Hurlbert, however he never returned my call. I than called the Toyota regional office. The regional manager refered me to several other dealerships. If you are going to buy a new Toyota, I would strongly recommend the short drive to Saco Maine. "Prime Toyota. Cleaned my truck in and out. when I picked it up, Ed told me he saved me 10% off my bill and found other coupons to lower my cost. I would like to start off by saying I've never bought a New Car before so I was a little scared about how the Visit would go. But after 5 Minutes at this location I felt right at home, After filling out New Car before so I was a little scared about how the Visit would go. But after 5 Minutes at this location I felt right at home, After filling out the paper work for Credit Approval I was able to go out on a test drive, which I have to say I love the new 2012 Scion tC. Well after receiving the bad news about my Credit App being declined, I was in a rather bad mood. But Matthew and well I forget his name but the gentleman in the financing department last door on the left, well they were able to talk to Gene Locke. This man Gene Locke was a life saver him and Matthew went above and beyond to get me into my new car no matter what it took. As being a recent college graduate fresh out of school and into a new full time job with no credit what so ever minus 1 blemish on my credit history due to an overdraft fee from a bank and not to mention IRA Scion messed up my chances by bombing my name through a bunch of banks who turned me down, it was very hard to get a broker to trust me. But I have to say these Gentleman went above and beyond, and all I can say is Thank you oh so very much to both of you and you sold a Life Time Customer. Both contacts in the service department were extremly friendly and helpful. The service was done very quickly while I waited and was done well. I buy all my vehicles with your dealership but don't usua friendly and helpful. The service was done very quickly while I waited and was done well. I had some scratches fixed and it was done very well. I also had a second key made. My first key has buttons on it to unlock the doors, open the trunk, etc. I was surprised to find that the second key ha also had a second key made. My first key has buttons on it to unlock the doors, open the trunk, etc. I was surprised to find that the second key had no buttons on it and that was disappointing. I did not realize this until after I arrived home, however, as they had put the new key on my key ring and had the car running, warm and ready for me when the work was complete. More
