Unbelievable. Took my '06 Avalon in for gas pedal recall and check engine light on. Made appointment three days in advance, had appt for 8:45, arrived at 8:30. They called me at 4:30 and said car was ready and check engine light on. Made appointment three days in advance, had appt for 8:45, arrived at 8:30. Arrived at 5 PM, was told that paperwork was being completed, 15 minutes later I looked into shop and mechanic was just starting work under hood! At 5:30 service writer said car was ready, told me not to drive the car as the front brake pads were totally worn, the rear brake pads would need replacement in a few months, the check engine light was on because I needed two oxygen sensors=cost $599. Next day took car to local mechanic who replaced a fuse which corrected the check engine light problem and he said the brake pads were fine and were less than half worn!!!! Can't wait to go back!!!!!!!!!!! More

Great place to purchase a vehicle. They did'nt have in stock the color of the Toyota that I wanted. Hurlburt Toyota was able to located the color that I wanted and delivered my car to me in 3 days. Looked at 2 Rav4's. One a new Demo model and the otehr a few years old with low miles. The pricing for the demo model with 5k on it was the standard starting price on other websites for a brand new vehicle few years old with low miles. We went back and forth and there was no room given by Hurlbert on the price for the new one - keep trying to get me into the older model Rav4. Finally gave up with the back and forth with the business manager went on for more than 45 minutes. Told the salesman that I only wanted the New Rav4. Received a phone call that week from salesman - AGAIN trying to get me into the older version - when I told him that I only wanted the new one. Told salesman not to call me again unless he could deal fon the new one. Received 2 more calls from the salesman trying to get me into the older vehicle in the course of 2 weeks. I ended up finding the exact same vehicle with 1500 miles less - starting asking price was the final price that Hurlbert was willing to offer. Sorry HURLBERT - YOUR LOSS. More

I have been to other car dealer places and I felt pressured to purchase a vehicle and not for one minute did I feel that way when I went to Hulbert. I explained what I needed in a vehicle and the budget I'm on. I was not sure in the vehicle I wanted to purchase but Christina listened to my needs and set me up with the perfect vehicle for me and my family and she made sure I did not go over budget and it was something I can afford on a monthly basis. The experience was great and I was satisfied with the purchase and service I received. Christina went the extra mile and transferred my items from my trade in vehicle to my new purchase since she knew it was going to be hard for me to let go and knew I would get emotional. Me and my girlfriend went into the dealership looking to purchase a 2009 Tacoma after having a bad experience a dealership closer to home. We were met on the lot by Rick. He was very personable and had a wonderful attitude. He listened to everything that we wanted in the truck and worked with us to get the deal we wanted. We had gone in there with a low ball number, but eventually worked our way to the middle ground where everyone would walk away happy. He made us feel like he really cared about what we were thinking with the offers that were coming back from his Business manager. While we were pondering the offers, he was able to have just a regular conversation with us. After a long process of going back and forth with the business manager about pricing, which is always the longest part, we finally landed on an ending price for the new truck and our trade in that we felt was reasonable. I will recommended this dealership, and especially Rick Howard to all of our friends and family, and anyone else who is looking for a new or preowned vehicle. We will definitely go back there in the future. It's worth travelling a little when the service is this good. We want to thank Rick personally for making this a very pleasant and entertaining experience for us. Thanks again. More

My wife and I dealt until 9PM one Wednesday night over $9 a month on a brand new Toyota Tacoma TRD at Prime Toyota. We haggled and haggled and they wouldn't come down the $9. A day or so went by and Rick from Hurlbert called me, I told him about our trade, money down, and MSRP on the truck we looked at. Friday Prime Toyota called and said they went down the $9, I was going to go up Fridaynight, but Rick called from Hurlbert and said he could beet the deal. I figured what the heck, I will try it Saturday, and if not, off to Prime we go. We went to Hurlbert, met Rick, they looked at my trade, and then we sat down, my wife and I thinking, "here we go". Rick walked in, slid the paper across the table, looked at me and said, this is our best deal, I looked and it was $12 lower then my max payment I wanted to make, I asked, "this includes everything, tax, title, all the fee's" , he said yes. We bought it, The best experience from all dealerships I went to. More
