Called the Servive Dept having just jumped the dead battery in my wife's Land Cruiser, requesting unscheduled service. Dave Hill told me to come right in and assured me that he could have it addressed battery in my wife's Land Cruiser, requesting unscheduled service. Within twenty minutes of my arrival, the LC had been checked for adequate charging function and the battery replaced. Total elapsed time from my call to return home: less than sixty minutes.
