We looked into your repair orders and saw that your Rav4 had a synthetic oil change and your Tacoma had a synthetic oil change as part of a 10,000 mile service that included a tire rotation. The pricing was reviewed with your husband prior to the work being done and was even discounted at that time. I only requested an oil changes. My husband is telling me he never requested a tire rotation and only now noticed it says tire rotation on the slip; he never asked for that! I made the appointment online myself when I received a coupon in the mail. The coupon (that I no longer have because he turned it in) was for so much off on a sliding scale as to how much you spent. Since the online system does not allow you to book 2 vehicles at the same time I had to make it clear in the notes that I wanted two synthetic oil changes for both vehicles. Check your records on the online appointments and it will verify my requests.
