Not Returning I've been coming to McGee for service on my 2012 Toyota Camry for years. I've always known that having service done at a dealership is more expensive I've been coming to McGee for service on my 2012 Toyota Camry for years. I've always known that having service done at a dealership is more expensive than going elsewhere, but this was the first time that I really felt that I was ripped off/gouged for much more than it should have been. I went in for my 95,000 mile routine maintenance and it cost me over $1500. I'm not an auto expert, so I accepted it at the time, but afterward when I spoke with a few people I know and trust about it and who do know much more about vehicle repair, they felt that it was an outrageous amount of money what had been done. I will not be returning to McGee in the future for service. More

Pleasant and Professional as always I have been using McGee Toyota Center for quite a number of years for all of my vehicles. I usually book with Tim Root or Dan and they both answer al I have been using McGee Toyota Center for quite a number of years for all of my vehicles. I usually book with Tim Root or Dan and they both answer all of my questions and point out anything which may be coming due or worn in the future. Last year had a problem with a lock assembly on a Highlander which was purchased from another dealer. It was an unusual problem with the lock freezing because moisture was getting in the door. The technicians trouble shot it, made repairs and have had not issues since. This visit was for my 50,000 mile service on the Tundra, was in and out in no time and knowing the service is completed provides a sense of comfort with many long trips conducted each year knowing the vehicle is safe and in excellent mechanical condition. I want to personally thank Tim Root and Dan for always working with me scheduling drop offs and pick ups. More
