Oil change and State Inspection We had a scheduled appointment at 11 am. We arrived on time and checked in at 11 am. We had scheduled the truck for an oil change and Mass Stat We had a scheduled appointment at 11 am. We arrived on time and checked in at 11 am. We had scheduled the truck for an oil change and Mass State Inspection. It took two hours to complete this service. We also asked them to quote pricing for 4 new tires for our Toyota Tacoma. We were advised to wait until October when a special would occur offering 4 tires for the price of three. The pricing seemed very and I queried Goodyear Tire and Sullivan Tire for a like rated tire. I‘ll take the truck to Sullivan Tire within the next week and get four new tires. Two hours for an oil change and Inspection is way too long. I have had service in the past at this dealer and the experience has always been the same. I have never walked away „delighted“ about the experience. More

disappointed in paying for toyota care I just had my last toyota care service two years after the purchase of my rav 4 with 20K miles on it. The service (that I thought was free ) cost me $ I just had my last toyota care service two years after the purchase of my rav 4 with 20K miles on it. The service (that I thought was free ) cost me $165 including a $109 labor charge for changing two air filters that must have taken all of 10 minutes to do. Really! Just wondering if this is toyota policy or McGee policy. Am I wrong in thinking that two years or 25K miles of free toyota care service meant exactly that? Yes, No ? if this is Mcgee policy I wont recommend them to anyone!! More

Appointments ?? Dont bother making Appointments if they aren't going to be followed. Fluids were marked as being top off but they were not.
