Unhappy customer. During the purchase of a 2016 Tacoma, I requested as part of the sales agreement that the scratches be buffed out of the truck. I waited for hours wh During the purchase of a 2016 Tacoma, I requested as part of the sales agreement that the scratches be buffed out of the truck. I waited for hours while the truck was being prepped. It was late when I left, so it was difficult to check that the scratches were out. When I returned at a later date to swap titles, I pointed out to the sales person, Elton, that all of the scratches were still there. Elton responded that the scratches were probably to deep to buff out. However, it does not appear that they buffed out any of the scratches, some of which are easily buffable. NOTHING was buffed out. While I am happy with the way the truck runs, I am highly disappointed in the service. Gail, from McGee Toyota called to ask me if I was satisfied via voicemail, I called and left her a voicemail that I was not satisfied. She never called back. My daughter recently purchased a vehicle through NISSAN, and she also had scratches in which that company immediately buffed them all out. I consider this very poor service. More
