After receiving an email quote from Mrs. Laflamme, I contacted hoping to lease the vehicle. She told me that the lease calculator was inaccurate and refused to give me accurate numbers. She then told me that I would have to speak to a manager to make the deal happen and went on to say that there were a lot of customers on the sale floor and a manager would call me back.
I waited 2 hours and called back. At this point she appeared to be in a bad mood. Told me that customers on the sale floor took precedence over customers on the phone and again told me that a manager would call me.
During the conversation she refused to acknowledge that I wanted the vehicle and wanted to close on the deal that day. Additionally, she refuse to answer the most basic questions and seemed annoyed at the interaction.
Needless to say, after ending the conversation, I went to Bill DeLuca GMC in Haverhill MA and leased the same vehicle for a fair price. Earlier today we took delivery.
As a customer, I am personally insulted due to the treatment I received. For the sake of your future customers, I hope Mrs. Laflamme's attitude changes.
