However, things went downhill rapidly after they were unable to deliver the car I had signed a contract on. It's bad enough to be 'encouraged' to buy a car that isn't what you want - the wrong color, extra options - but it is totally unacceptable to be subjected to bullying and verbal abuse tactics. Go somewhere else. Send the clear message that they need to behave professionally and treat everyone with courtesy and respect. More
