I have been a Jeep (Grand Cherokee) owner for twelve years. I currently have a 2007 Laredo, 2008 JGC Overland, and 2012 JGC SRT8. I love the brand - it is a great vehicle. I have had experience with two other MA CDJR dealerships. Acton CDJR is by far the best. The following is why this dealership, in my mind, separates itself from "the pack". I purchased my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 in February 2012. It was the first one delivered to this dealership. I do not know if I was more excited or the staff at the dealership. There is nothing "blasé" about this dealership. They were active and interested participants in the entire process, and were fantastic is providing updates as the car was approaching delivery. Upon delivery, they fully inspected the car inside and out, as it was a new model. They found a minor problem with one of the fender flares (which I never would have noticed) and went to great lengths to have it fixed. I have had one routine service which was a very nice experience. The facility is top notch, and the staff make their customers very comfortable while waiting. The staff is courteous, professional, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a CDJR vehicle. More

As important, they stand by their vehicles, offering top-notch service without any of the price-gouging that some mechanics promote.
