I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received at McGovern. My car was towed there by GM Roadside Assistance since it was the nearest Chevy dealership when my vehicle broke down. I did not purchase my car from this dealership, and three different people made a point of reminding me of that. When I mentioned to the General Manager that they are Chevy and GM, he firmly responded, “Absolutely not.
