Brought in my 2016 Jeep Cherokee for routine service including oil change and a tire rotation. I always have them do the complimentary multi-check with my car being over 9 years old. I worked with Erik , who consistently went above and beyond the call of duty and took real ownership to make sure everything went right. There was a hiccup initially with the dealership’s internet sales beyond the call of duty and took real ownership to make sure everything went right. There was a hiccup initially with the dealership’s internet sales dept, had confirmed an appointment with me, however the car was not there or available. There seems to not have been good communication between the internet sales team and the onsite team. When I walked through the door and met Erik, he took ownership and made it right.
