I’ve been using McGovern Jeep and its predecessor for 28 years and I’ve bought almost 10 cars in that time. The same things continue to be true … sales, service and convenience. Sales team has always been helpful assisting with selection and making the sales process efficient and con ending. My most recent experience with Ben H was excellent and I feel like a made a new Friend. Service has always been a highlight and they go out of their way to address my needs and get me on the schedule whether it’s a set of new tires , oil change and lube job, recalls and other mechanical problems. Initially, I was disappointed in the service, as I dropped my car at 10am, and called at4:30 after not hearing anything. I was told it would be ready at 5:30, only to arrive and find nothing had been dropped my car at 10am, and called at4:30 after not hearing anything. I was told it would be ready at 5:30, only to arrive and find nothing had been done. However they addressed the issue through prorating the next day, and making the wait worth my while by discounting the service significantly without me having to make a big deal out of it in recognition of the mishap and certainly made me feel much better.
