Initially, I was disappointed in the service, as I dropped my car at 10am, and called at4:30 after not hearing anything. I was told it would be ready at 5:30, only to arrive and find nothing had been dropped my car at 10am, and called at4:30 after not hearing anything. However they addressed the issue through prorating the next day, and making the wait worth my while by discounting the service significantly without me having to make a big deal out of it in recognition of the mishap and certainly made me feel much better.
