If that was not bad enough after spending time with a salesman we would then have to meet someone else to speak about pricing.....more pressure, rudeness and arrogance to deal with. That was not my experience with Acton Chrysler Dodge etc. The salesman Lou Angelli was so nice. He asked if we had been looking for that type of vehicle, and when we told him yes, knew we had done our research and treated us as informed consumers. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that.
