Bought a one year old Jeep gladiator with 1900 miles on it. That day at the dealership, I noticed an odd stench inside the car. The sales person implied it was simply the cleaning products used to detail t it. That day at the dealership, I noticed an odd stench inside the car. The sales person implied it was simply the cleaning products used to detail the car. Fast forward a few days later before taking delivery of the vehicle, the car fails inspection. I got a little worried and asked if I could be refunded until the car was perfectly fine and I could be reassured it was in working order. They ignored me (including the owner of McGovern). After a late delivery, the stench I noticed is very prevalent. On top of that, there are markings of water damage in the back seat of the vehicle. Crickets from management. Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership!!!!! I would even question buying a new one with the lack of ethics/integrity presented. More
