I had an absolutely deplorable experience working with Richard Been during my recent purchase of a Ford Explorer. His condescending demeanor made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. He was unprofessional, dismissive, and seemed utterly uninterested in assisting me with my purchase. His attitude turned what should have been an exciting experience into a frustrating and humiliating ordeal.
