Can't depend on service I received a safety recall on my Escape. I called York Ford and set up an appt for about 2 weeks later at 8:00 am. I arrived on time and was told th I received a safety recall on my Escape. I called York Ford and set up an appt for about 2 weeks later at 8:00 am. I arrived on time and was told they would have to keep our car overnight. They stuck another client in our time slot. Who can do without their car for that long? Had they called me, I would have rescheduled the appt. They had our phone number. Who in their right mind would do business with a company who doesn't care about their customers? More

Don’t get PORKED @ YORK Agreed to buy a car on a Saturday, and pick up on Tuesday; however on Monday the salesman informed us that the title was still with the previous bank Agreed to buy a car on a Saturday, and pick up on Tuesday; however on Monday the salesman informed us that the title was still with the previous bank - and would take a week to be sent. From this point on, he would not answer calls, only communicate through text (which were barley literate). Sales manager was rude and deaf, he did not care if we bought the car or not, and would not listen to a word I said, only inturrupted me and told me they couldn’t do any more. They consistently sent the wrong paper work at every junction, and several times it was incorrectly filled out. There consolation offer was less than 0.9% of the sale price, and again, they didn’t care to make this process easy at any point. A truly horrific experience. More
Fantastic experience- We love our new Explorer!!! We had been researching explorers for months. We knew what we wanted down to the color. We found ours on-line and drove an hour on a Sunday to check it out at York. Jim Fauci greeted us at the door and showed us this vehicle. We looked it over, drove it and asked questions- to which Jim had all of the answers to. What was really nice was there was no pressure to buy- the car or any of the options like, extended warranties- but in the end we did buy it and we LOVE IT!!!! Jim made the whole process easy and FUN. We will be back- even if its just to stop in and say "Hello"!!!! More
Great experience, with some hiccups I was looking for a used Ford Focus and found one at York Ford. They had the exact one I saw online and were able to show it to me the very next day. The sales process was long (which it usually is) but we were helped through it. There was the usual annoying “buy our extended warranty pitch” nonsense but that is normal. Other than that the sales process was fine. There was some trouble scheduling the pickup of my vehicle so to paper work issues, but Jim was able to give me weather mats for my troubles which was nice. Overall it was a pleasant experience with some minor hiccups. Not necessarily the fault of the sales person. More

Great buying experience, ask for Jim Fauci! I had a great buying experience at York Ford. Jim Fauci was very personable and down to earth. We went for a test drive and he answered all our questions about the CPO vehicle. After the drive, he handed me the CARFAX and said "Please reach out to me if you have any other questions." ...that's it! He didn't pressure me to buy the vehicle or pry for any personal information. I didn't receive any nagging phone calls, and within a few days I contacted him with an offer. He was relaxed, upfront, and honest, and it was quite a different experience than my prior business with car salesmen. He was easy to reach by text message, and always responded promptly...has a great sense of humor too! That being said, I highly recommend Jim Fauci and York Ford. They were quick to assist me, made no "funny-business" negotiations, had paperwork done on time, and detailed the car bumper-to-bumper for me to pick up. Thank you! More

No Pressure Purchase I had been to two other Ford dealerships before landing with York Ford (Saugus, MA). One dealership acted as if I had no other choice of dealership t I had been to two other Ford dealerships before landing with York Ford (Saugus, MA). One dealership acted as if I had no other choice of dealership to bring my business to and another had a sales person who called me incessantly, as if I could't decide for myself when I was ready to make a purchase. I had been to York for collision work and found the service pretty good and when I returned to make a purchase, the salesperson, Jim, who I met with was really cool and relaxed, had all the information I needed and made the process really easy and smooth. Buying a new vehicle can be stressful. It's a lot of money on the line and you want to deal with a salesperson who isn't going to pressure you and respects the fact that the buyer knows what he wants. Respect is the key word in this interaction and because I felt respected I knew I found the right dealership. And while most of the transaction was with the salesman, I received the same level of respect from the finance guy, Rob. Very straightforward on my finance options, got me a descent rate, and a solid deal on an extended warranty. I definitely feel that the owner of York Ford cultivates a sales/finance staff that respects their customers and places cutover satisfaction over squeezing customers for every penny they can get out of a sale. More
