Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I was prepared to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership and worked through multiple pricing issues before agreeing to move forward. The ori I was prepared to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership and worked through multiple pricing issues before agreeing to move forward. The original quote included a nearly $3,000 appearance package that was not clearly reflected in the advertised price, along with a $1,000 third-party registration fee. After I questioned both charges, the appearance package was removed and I chose to pay cash to avoid the registration-processing fee. The finance manager then sent paperwork for my wife and me to sign, which we completed. The documents listed the vehicle’s mileage as 8,570 miles. When I specifically asked the salesperson to verify the mileage before wiring more than $30,000, I was finally told that the actual mileage was 9,784—more than 1,200 miles higher than the signed paperwork. The explanation was that the previous owner had continued driving the vehicle while waiting for another vehicle to arrive. I reasonably asked for time to reconsider and for the inaccurate paperwork to be corrected. The salesperson emphasized that the vehicle had been marked sold for us and pressured me to make a decision quickly because they could not continue holding it. Before I even had a chance to respond with my decision, I was told the vehicle had been sold to one of the salesperson’s coworkers. That is an astonishing way to treat a serious buyer who had already signed paperwork and was simply trying to verify that the mileage and transaction documents were accurate before sending payment. The problem was not merely the additional mileage. It was the repeated lack of transparency, the inaccurate paperwork, the pressure to act quickly, and the decision to sell the vehicle internally before giving me a reasonable opportunity to respond. I would strongly caution buyers to carefully review every charge, independently verify the mileage, and confirm all details in writing before signing or sending payment. Based on how this transaction was handled, I would not trust this dealership with another purchase. More
