I could not believe the level of commitment he has as a sales representative. On many occasions I’ve asked questions by email and he quickly responded to me. Many of these questions were on his days off, yet he still managed to back to me in a timely manner. Not only did he follow up to my many questions, he always communicating to me the status of my Explorer. On the day I picked it up, Jim met me at the dealership and took care of everything even thou this was his day off. Thanks Jim we will definitely come back when we are in the market for another vehicle. Working with Cheryl in the finance department was a great experience too.
