Again, All Hail The Ford Whisperer This is my second time with York Ford, my first lease. I contacted Jim Fauci prior to my visit to let him know what I was looking at. It took us a few visits to narrow down what was best for me but he hung in there with me and I am now the proud driver of a gorgeous Ford Edge that I couldn't be happier in. As before, I worked with Cheryl in the financing department. She always gives you the absolute straight deal, no baloney. She got my payment within pennies of our discussed and agreed upon amount. I couldn't love these two more- thank you as always! The only dim spot in the entire transaction process was the (new?) sales manager, Angel. My name was on all of the documents- Angel chose to direct his opening discussion to my husband. When I pointed out his faux paus, he acted frightened of me. I was not amused. He could learn a lot about how to treat a customer from Jim and Cheryl. I refuse to let that small part of the transaction ruin what was otherwise an amazing (as usual) experience. Jim and Cheryl are amazing and I have recommended them many times. They have my business forever. More

Quick and easy I purchased my certified pre-owned ford edge at York Ford. Jim was MORE than willing and VERY accommodating by driving all the way from Saugus to Windham, NH. He raced to my town hall to meet me just in time to sign papers before the office closed!
